Two day residential “Induction and Orientation Camp” for 1st semester MBA students was organised at Whistling Woodz resort in Dandeli. The objectives of the two days outbound training programme were enhancing individual and team performances, improving skill development in areas of teamwork, team bonding, communication, leadership, time management, problem solving, decision making, motivation, change and personal development. The students underwent a trekking to the forest and adventure sports like trampoline jumping, water rafting and river crossing were conducted by professional trainers from Banglore.
