An ISTE Sponsored Guest Lecture program on Electric Vehicles was arranged on 15th September 2018, on the occasion of  “Engineers Day”. The resource person was Dr.Santosh Kumar Hampannavar, Associate Professor, Adama Science and Technology University, Ethiopia. The guest lecture was concentrated on the necessity of EV’s, Comparative study of EV’s and present transportation system, Demand side management in presence of EV’s, connecting vehicle to grid and grid to vehicle, charging station.
